Lovely vintage mid century framed female portrait.

A lovely watercolor of a woman from the 1950s or 1960s. Chiffon dress, black velvet choker....so beautiful.

Great condition. I think the frame was painted blue without removing the glass so there are a few dots of blue paint on the glass. Easily removed with a razor blade. Or maybe you want to reframe.

Piece measures 23 1/2 inches by 19 1/2 inches with the frame. Painting itself measures 19 1/2 inches by 15 1/2 inches.
