French vintage bronze spelter bookends from 1940's.

It's a beautiful dark bronzed spleter pair of gazelle on a black and white marble plinth. The animals jumping over foliage are beautifully detailed, the heads of the gazelle and the leaves are so finely worked!
Almost perfect condition with only small chip at a corner of one marble base and the velvet under the bases are missing.

The vintage Art Deco style will give that touch of French chic to your home. For collectors or lovers of the era.
