Inspired by Jane Bank's "Votes for Women" dress from the Disney movie Mary Poppins! This is a wonderful costume because the removable sash allows the adorable dress to also be worn alone. We've used the same 95% cotton/5% spandex blend that we design all of our dresses in so that this "costume" can be worn as an everyday outfit as well.
