This board is finished with edge grain cutting surface, making it easier on your knives and minimizing cutting marks. One side is finished with a 1/2” cartouche groove for juices. The reverse side is a beautiful flat presentation face, fire-etched with the ModernSoundDesign seal.
From carving a bird to cutting watermelon, this board can handle it all. The oversized 20” length will span the width of a sink to allow for cutting over a disposal. Ideal gift for housewarming, party, birthday, anniversary, Christmas, or any other occasion.
This board will last a lifetime if properly maintained. Easily maintain the the board by applying food grade mineral oil periodically. Washing this cutting board in the washing machine is not suggested. It should be dried after wash. Should be used only for cutting and/or serving. After use, it is suggested to dry after each wash.
