Selling Vintage Galvanized Utility Faucet with Metal Bracket

Galvanized faucet with hot and cold chrome handles with mounting bracket. Spigot has threads to allow screwing on a hose. Each handle is marked "C" and "H" and is chrome, but heavily rusted. The spigot does not swivel easily.

Can't tell if the valves work, but they move.
The mounting bracket swivels and can be used for below or above mounting. It's held on by a bolt which could be removed.

Spigot is 8" long.
The spigot base is 3 5/8" long.
At the handles, it measures about 7.5" wide. Openings to each valve is 1" wide (ID).
Each chrome handle is just over 2" long.
Bracket is 6.5" long and 4" wide.
