Processing times
We are a small company and it therefore takes you a few days for us to carry out your order (between 3 to 7 days) taking into account that silicone needs time to take and that we refuse to add additives potentially harmful to the body and the environment in our silicone so that it takes faster.

Packaging
We make it a point of honor that you are safe and that our toys are also sent safely. Also, our box of shipments is neutral and nothing on the package would denote any sextoy. You would find on the shipping label and customs declaration, if necessary, the names "Deep N'Geek" and "Figurines".

Delivery
We usually do one sending session per week (usually on Fridays). Also your toys will leave almost for sure in the week of their purchase.
We work with the services of La Poste Française. For a shipment abroad, customs fees may be added and are unfortunately not our responsibility.

Warning
We do not accept returns (except for poor workmanship on our part) for obvious reasons of hygiene. That said, if there is a problem, contact us, we will do our best to help you.
Beware, silicone is biocompatible (so does not present any danger to your interior, your skin or that of your partner) and has a high resistance to twists and stresses, but it is not unbreakable either. If you take care and maintenance, you can be sure that your toy will accompany you for a long time! ;)
