After multiple customer requests for these bench supports over the past year I'm finally offering them in my Etsy shop. What makes mine different? In short, I hand bend, hand weld them closed, and hand hammer them into true square (rectangular shape). And best of all, my overhead is so low my prices are hard to beat!
This classic bench / table support design looks elegant in so many environments, naturally fitting in selling classic, modern, and rustic design schemes.
Supports are hand made, bent and welded from 2" x 1/4" steel. I coat them in a rust-resistant flat black paint. Three mounting holes are provided for attachment to the bench substrate, although more can be added upon custom request. Since these are hand made, dimensions are +/- 1/4" and steel will show signs of hand working. The pictures in the listing are of actual supports I've made... and actual installation pictures from customers.
I am more than happy to customize supports for your application in any dimension. I make each batch to order, so please allow several days for production (or more over Holidays and weekends). That said, I almost always complete orders earlier than planned and can rush an order upon request. All my steel comes directly from a Kentucky foundry, with the least possible distribution costs and my entire shop is powered by our modest solar array.
