Circa 1938 Original selling Vintage Edward Ryerson drip glaze Earthenware Studio Pottery Rosebowl Vase SIGNED ER

The Charlie B Gallery of Carson City, Nevada is offering the WPA Era drip glaze studio pottery rosebowl vase for sale. Many years ago I purchased this really well made vase with main yellow glaze with drip effects and was told it was the work of Edward Ryerson. I have not been able to uncover anymore information selling about the artist, but I find this to be an exceptional vintage form.

It is signed with stylized ER, as shown. There is no post-studio damage, such as chips, cracks, hairlines or repairs. Factory crazing noted with a hint of aging. This form has a nice ring when tapped. All fragile merchandise is shipped using the "double box" process.
