Vintage picture frame features hand embroidered pink and selling white flowers with green leaves on a beige linen background made in the 1890s. Oval cutout is 5 1/4 inches high by 3 3/4 inches wide and will hold a 5 x 7 inch photo. Embossed metal corners are marked "Herbert Imp'd Sept 16 '95 Dec 17 '95." Looks like it was handmade from a kit. Size is 9 3/4 inches high by 7 3/4 inches wide. Metal stand on the back. It is in good vintage condition with some wear on the backing. (see photos)
