All metal components are 14k solid yellow gold, not a plating, not a gold fill. Pendant will not change color over time.

The heart is natural blue lapis lazuli, 10mm by 10mm by 3.4mm, flat polished cabochon, beautiful royal blue color.

Length of the pendant top-bottom is 16mm (5/8")
