This is a set of chopstick rests (kohiki kouka) by Kaho, a Kiyomizu-yaki pottery kiln. This set features wildflowers which are beautifully hand painted. Each chopstick rest is hand-painted by a craftsman, so the expression of each flower is slightly different. The flat, long and thin shape makes it easy to put chopsticks on, and provides excellent stability when placed. It can also be used as a spoon rest. Rests are in amazing condition. Box has is in good condition. Has a small tear on the red cover. Please see photos. Comes with all five rests and decorative box.
