A nautical painting of sailboat is an 11 x 14 oval canvas with brilliant blues, a white sailboat and puffy clouds painted by Donna Liguria of Woodbridge, Virginia. Sailboat wall art has been quite popular in the 2020 environment, and I am hearing friends use the old ad quote, "Calgon, take me away" - to what is showing in the painting! I have sold 2 beach paintings this year (not on Etsy) that are of beach, sun, and sand pictures I think just because of the "take me away" and "let's sail away" thoughts.

This painting is called "A Good Day to Go Sailing" and is painted with acrylics. I really like bright blues and ocean blue and greens with the white capped waves and I think you will too in your home or as a gift for a "nautical" friend.

This painting is now on display at Clearbrook Center of the Arts 2230 Tacketts Mill Dr B, Lake Ridge, VA 22192.

4.Typically, I finish the edges of my paintings so they can be hung unframed if you like. Please ask if any questions but in the photos, I try to show how the edges look.
5.Canvases over 5x5 are prepared for hanging by me with eye hooks and wire.
