The piece was started with a 9/10 oz gorgeous American bridle leather. It is a 3" single layered strap and the back of the split is silky smooth. The tapered pattern reduces to 2" wide. The coloring is a blending of a medium brown and the edge is feathered in with a dark cocoa brown. A real sturdy leather but boarded and processed down to a very flexible and soft finish. The hardware is antique brass and just pops the color of the strap right out at ya. The buckle strap is adjustable for a full 9" and will be custom sized just for you. The strap adjusts utilizing a standard 1 1/2" solid brass buckle. Wear and secure your axe comfortably with one of these beauties.
***We need you to lay out a current strap and measure the distance from hole to hole at each end. This will be your center of adjustment measurement for your new strap. Also advise if you use strap locks. If so, we will cut the selling holes to accommodate them. If not, we will cut standard slotted holes.
