Sterling Silver Medical Anklet custom made with your severe allergies and or other medical conditions. I add a red Cubic Zirconia Stone set in Sterling Silver and a silver medical alert symbol charm on the center of the anklet which is warn in the front.
INFORMATION to put on the two side plates can be put in the Personalization box or in Note to Seller at checkout. Please indicate what you want like this:
Outside Plate One: i.e. ***Medical Alert***
Outside Plate Two: i.e. Name
Inside: Any allergies, conditions, emergency contact, etc
**If you choose to not indicate outside or inside I will assume you want everything on the outside of the silver plates.**
Each piece is individually shaped, carved and hand stamped. Upon arrival you many need to bend the side bars a bit so they are a comfortable fit to your foot as each foot is shaped differently. (Do not worry about bending the silver bars on the sides with your hands, they won't selling break as it is solid sterling silver.)
Wanting to change out the red CZ charm for a different colour? I have other colours available. I am often asked to switch it out with my Amethyst charm for those suffering with Epilepsy.
