Returns and Cancellation

I do not accept returns of custom work. All sales are final upon your initial approval.
For Custom Commissions: I accept cancellations selling up to date of shipment.

Upon completion, I will send you a photo of the completed piece prior to shipping. This is your opportunity to request more fine tuning/corrections. At this point you have 3 options: 1) approve for shipment, 2) request reasonable changes, 3) cancel the order for full refund. If I don't hear from you within 48 hours after the finished photo is sent, I will move forward with shipping.

I will carefully pack the painting so it will not be damaged in transit.
