We found this rare fitness book...so don't delay...as it is a very difficult one to find. "Always Strong and Happy: A Complete System of Treatment for the General Care of the Body,..." - Third Edition-Revised, by J. R. Judd and published by The Outing Publishing Company in 1895. It says on the front, "For Business Men...For Family Use...For Training...For Instruction". It is a 200-page, profusely illustrated hardcover book that shows light soiling, moderate cover wear, with heavily bumped corners. Page 194 has selling a small stain in the margin...otherwise, the pages may have some minor foxing and age toning and are all clean, intact, and tightly bound.
