I called this piece "Old Red Crow" in honor of my grandfather. The crow is an often misunderstood creature, mistaken for a sign of bad luck or misfortune. In fact, the crow is a symbol of life's magic and the gift of seeing the unseen. The crow calls you to tap into your most authentic self.
The print is printed by hand with nontoxic archival ink on high quality Awagami paper, handmade in Japan.
I print small editions of my work, so please keep in mind that each print may vary slightly in appearance. Each one is a unique hand done work of art! The prints selling are signed, dated, and editioned.
My prints come unframed - I recommend using a "float frame" or something similar to showcase the beautiful raw edges of the handmade paper. Float frames are also and inexpensive way to frame unusually sized pieces!
