Vintage ceramic planter, 2 pieces, handmade circa 1960-70



2 special flower pots for your plants and flowers.

Handmade planter from the Scheurich manufactory from the mid-century with an enchanting relief and high-quality glaze.

In the center are 2 stylized sunflowers in yellow with a touch of orange-brown... just like in nature. Beautiful shape of the flower and
also of the leaves, which only show their reliefs on the body in a dark green between the blossoms on closer inspection. See photos.

In addition, further decorative reliefs were worked around the upper and lower edges as a finish and for depth in the design.

A naturalistic successful and TIMELESS design. Also as a vase for real, short-cut sunflowers from your garden

The two have always stood together and therefore come as a couple!
In a nice vintage condition with no chips or cracks. Glazed inside too.
In the zoom I see some craquelure, but it may be that it was always like this and was worked on. It looks charming and flawless.
