100 percent authentic they are beautiful and more comfortable than they look ( if you are used to wearing heels). I know the size says 40.5 and that translates to a size 10, however I wanted to shed some insight. I'm a 9 and it was a selling tad bit small for me I think the perfect candidate would wear a size 8 or 8.5.
