All the items are printed on the same day and inspected for a better finish. Miniatures come unprimed and unpainted. Miniatures come in several parts which require assemble.

All orders are shipped through Royal Mail post. Shipping in the UK will be by Royal Mail Second Class (2-4 business days), And international by Royal Mail International Standard (3-11 business days). Tracking (if available) will be provided through Etsy once selling the items are shipped. In case the item is lost during delivery, I will arrange a refund or for the item to be redelivered.
