This lovely 100% sterling silver bracelet features 7 sterling silver charms including a goldfish, lotus blossom, Buddha, Om, Mudra Hand, Infinity, and Ganesh. Perfect for those who practice meditation, yoga, Buddhism, Hinduism - or admire the zen arts. The meanings of each charm are described below (see "Charm Meanings"). The charms are all solid sterling silver. They range from 1/2" to 3/4" tall (13mm to 18mm). They are small but detailed and very nice quality. The bracelet chain is a medium weight sterling silver chain, and has a sterling silver infinity clasp. If you like, you can add Swarovski crystal dangles for a splash of color. to do that select "Add Crystals" from the upgrades menu. And send me a note with the colors you prefer. From 1-4 colors usually works best, contact me if you want more than that to see how it will work out.

To purchase the bracelet as shown, select "No Upgrades" from the pull down menu. To add Swarovski crystals dangles, select "Add Crystals" and send a note with the colors you prefer. You can use the chart shown in the photos to get the color names. I also have Swarovski pearls - and you can get those as well using the Add Crystals option and just make it clear you are wanting pearls when you send the note.

BRACELET LENGTH

The bracelet shown in the photo is 7.5" (size M). However, I can also make the bracelet in size Small and Large- just let me know during checkout by selecting the length from the pull down menu next to the green Add to Cart button. If you aren't sure about size, 7.5" is a good safe choice (unless the recipient is petite/very slim, then choose a smaller size).
The best way to get the size you need is to measure your wrist with a string and then measure the string with a ruler. Add 1/2" (12mm) to 1" (25mm) for ease so you can clasp it easily.
SIZE CHART (rough guideline - you can also tell me a specific length in inches or cm).
S Women's: 7" (17.8 cm)
M Women's: 7.5" (19 cm)
Lg Women's: 8" (20.3 cm) <-- this size will have an extra charm (a sun).

CHARM MEANINGS

The goldfish: In Japanese symbolism the goldfish represents wealth and good luck.
Lotus: The lotus has been used in many teachings of Buddhism to impart the true nature of all mankind. The roots of the lotus plant are stuck deep in the mud, but it still grows above murky water and blossoms into a beautiful, sweet-smelling flower. The lotus can be analogous to how we rise up from our sufferings to reach enlightenment, beauty and clarity.
Buddha: Buddha is the founder of Buddhism; worshipped as a god (c 563-483 BC). He is also the symbol of one who has achieved a state of perfect enlightenment.
Aum or om: Aum (also Om) is a mystical or sacred syllable in the Indian religions, i.e. Hinduism/Sanātana Dharma, Buddhism, Jainism and Sikhism. It is placed at the beginning of most Hindu texts as a sacred incantation to be intoned at the beginning and end of a reading of the Vedas or prior to any prayer or mantra. I have put 2 aum charms on this bracelet, because it is such a beautiful symbol.
Mudra Hand: Mudra is a Sanskrit word that means a symbolic hand gesture that has the power of producing joy and happiness. Often used during yoga or meditation.
Infinity: The infinity symbol is a never ending loop. It symbolizes forever or always or limitless, never ending possibilities. The symbol itself is also a modern interpretation of ouroboros, the snake that eats its own tail. This symbolism has been used to describe Kundalini energy.
Elephant, or Ganesh: In Buddhist cultures, white elephants are symbolic of patience and wisdom. The Chinese see elephants as a symbol of energy, strength, and power. In Hinduism, Ganesh is Lord of Good Fortune who provides prosperity, fortune and success. He is the Lord of Beginnings and the Remover of Obstacles of selling both material and spiritual kinds.
