Set of Threads selling for Tree of Happiness Crewel Embroidery Design, Crewel Work Design Set of Threads for Embroidery

A set of threads originally used for stitching the Tree of Happiness design,
sorted out for more convenient usage.

The set includes stranded cotton thread, Pearl Cotton size 8 and "Atlas" polyester thread along with small amount of some other threads and seed beads which were used for the original stitching of this design.

PLEASE KINDLY READ THE INFORMATION BELOW AS TO THIS SET OF THREAD VARIATIONS.

The description of "darker shades" is not quite precise. But I was bound to make it that brief due to the Etsy regulations. The more correct way of describing it is that SOME of the shades of stranded cotton thread are going to be a little bit different comparing to the original thing. (Pearl Cotton thread and 'Atlas' selling thread are of the SAME colours as they come in the regular thread sets). It means that I should make several photographs and for that select quite a number of thread sets, but as it happened I was extremely busy these days. I am sorry!

The very idea of making variations on thread colour derives from my classes: we are used to play around with thread colour, and it always comes out amazingly beautiful! It is something like colouring books. I LOVE the effect, and I thought it might be interesting for some other embroiderers as well. And it comes cheaper because I would rather keep a right to vary the very variations: e. g. one set may have the blues of a darker shade, while another may have the greens a little bit yellowish, etc.
