Pretty sure this is a complete set minus the bed mattresses, which are always missing. Also, not sure about the mom, if this is the exact figure that came with this set. This is not a mint set. The kitchen and high chair show wear and the plastic has appeared to be discolored somehow. The house itself shows aging and wear. It needs further cleaning to get the dirt from storage out the corners. Theres slight damage selling on one of the railings - see photo. There's also some red marks on the roof and slight discoloration. What you see is what you get.
