Up for sale is an early 20th century boxwood and brass 10 inch carpenter's level and two sided ruler. There are both vertical and horizontal glass vials, both in good working order. This English level has a wonderful bright box wood patina and brass edging at both ends and bottom selling and a brass plate, which fits over the double window at the top, attached by 2 steel screws. The 10" ruler is in increments of 10 increments to the inch or 1 1/4" per measure on one side totally almost 10 inches, and 1/2 meter increments on the other. The numbers and lines are readable. "Baden" is printed on one side of the ruler/level.
