Mis century Mascot hanging owl/candle holder.
I love these vintage sculptures made by Mascot. I've seen them is all shapes and sizes.
This one selling is a large ornate owl with a long chain to hand in just the right spot!
About 15" x 10" x 4" with a 27"+ chain - this large piece is too much fun. The sculpture is made with brass, and pieces fitting together to resemble an owl. It can hold a variety of shapped candles ( will include a couple ) and hangs by a long chain.
Great to find one in such excellent condition -still very shiny with areas of light wear consistent with age.
Marked at the top and side - Mascot Pat pending and inside the candle holder there is an original sticker.
Could be used inside or perhaps outside to give it some interesting patina.
Such a fun mid century modern piece of art.
