Selling Victorian ribbon cape with french jet beads

A delicate and beautiful shawl selling from the 1890s that is made from ragged silk ribbon woven into a net with french jet beads.

There is a fringe of ragged ribbons around the neck and a high neck with silk faille ribbon and machine lace.

There is a hook and eye to fasten.
