The painting will be covered with glassine paper, then sandwiched between foam board or cardboard and neatly packed in a box for safe shipping or local pickup.
I do not use fixative because it ruins the colors and destroys the painting.
It is highly recommended to frame pastel art due to potential smearing/damage if touched. Do not remove painting from glassine paper until ready to frame.
