Vintage Mod Dress Bohemian, Mexican? Folk Floral Print Sheer selling Sleeves Small

This dress may have been made by Malbe. I am not sure, as the tags are now gone. Someone cut them off at some point. I did some reverse image searches and it came back with that brand as well as Nymphorm. It kid of has this Spanish or Mexican vibe to it, as well as Go Go or Bohemian. It's in great shape. It has a brightly colored floral skirt that has an olive green satiny lining. The bodice is an off white and lined, and the sleeves are sheer and snap at the wrists. Snaps are there and in good shape. It could use a dry cleaning as selling the sleeve material looks a little grayish in color from storage. I'm thinking that would lift easily. Theres a zipper in the back and it's in good condition. Really no damage to the dress. Maybe a few loose threads here or there. No odors. Pet free and smoke free. Please see all photos for a closer look and for measurements. I am guessing this to be a smaller size because laying flat its about 15 inches pit to pit. So about 30" around. To me, it's a small adult or could fit a larger/older child.
