KIK WEAR Jeans Tear on back heel could be sewn or patched with iron on patches Size 38 Inseam 27" Leg width 19" Button fly I'll include the 3 Denim Iron-on Patches shown in the picture. You could probably cut the large (5x5) into 2 or 3 pieces. Should be enough to cover the area. Colors are a little off, but you could selling patch it from the inside to make it less noticeable.
