Coat is laid flat & unstretched:
Shoulder to shoulder: 16"
Armpit to Armpit: 9" (Fits a 30-32" comfortably)
Back of neck to bottom hem: 29"
Sleeve Length: 22"
Dress is laid flat & unstretched:
Shoulder to shoulder: 13.5"
Armpit to Armpit: 16" (fits a 30-32")
Waist: 15.5" (fits a 25" comfortably)
Hip: 17.5" Fits a 32" hip comfortably)
Sleeve Length: 7"
Back of neck to bottom hem: 32.5"
Condition: Dress & Coat has been cleaned, No exterior stains or holes
Belt is poor, it is coming apart at the side seams & is cracked
(may want to replace it) Also belt loop on one side of dress is off, will need to be replaced
Coat: one of the cuff buttons is broken with a pc. missing
There is a hole in one armhole lining that needs a repair about 3"
There is a hole on the bottom of left front pocket, will need a repair
Buttons on coat are loose but attached, they will need to be resewn
Dress: Exterior is fine
Interior has yellowing stains under the arms, there are 2 arm shields cotton, pinned in
As stated, one belt loop is detached on one side of dress
