After having the stream deck for over 6 months and connecting to several PC's I have the same issue. This thing is very fussy. It disconnects , won' trigger assigned actions, selling OBS commands just drop out of the software. A complete waste of time for anyone looking for something reliable. Even with updates etc, still has the same issues. Now it something that just sits on my desk. This is not intended for professional usage. Looks like they have 3rd party developers making the plug ins which raises the question of quality control. This by far one the worst pieces of equipment I have ever purchased. Total Junk. If I see that little yellow triangle again on my touchscreen, I am going to just throw it out in the trash. Save your money folks, they have not developed this to the point of reliable usage.
