Single Spur Slim - Old West selling Shadow Box

Stacy Speer, local Bisbee artist celebrates the spirit of the old west with this portrayal of a fictional old west character. Slim was wounded in the civil war and had selling one leg removed below the knee. In his later life as a cowboy he earned the nickname of “Single Spur Slim” because that is all he could wear with one leg! His antique pocket watch is preserved as part of his legacy and memory.
