HMH Insignia Sapphire Diamond Gold Filled Stick Or selling Tie Pin

This terrific tie or stick pin has the initials HMH on the top circle in yellow gold selling fill with a chevron shaped white gold filled piece beneath set with two small blue sapphires and a single diamond. According to the marks on the back the yellow gold components are 1/20th 12K gold and the white gold is 1/10th 10K gold. The pin is 2 1/4 inches long and 1/4 inches across. It is in excellent condition. We don't know the meaning of the emblem, but it likely represents a company or possibly a hospital. If your intials are HMH, it is senendipitous!
