Do you love eating eggplants? I do! If I go to Asian restaurants I order meals with eggplant. I buy Armenian eggplant salad in a special Toronto grocery store. I cook them at home. In addition eggplants look very beautiful - glossy deep purple skin, nice selling shape. These eggplants are mini ones. They are small and very cute. Of course, I wanted to draw them!
