Austrian Crystal Buckle and Black Silk Cord Belt SIZE selling 29-31.5 M/L

Magnificent vintage belt features a large crystal buckle that is best described in the photos. The stones are bezel-set in black rows around a gold-colored cylindrical core. Marked "Made in Austria," it's a fair assumption that these are 'Swarovski' crystals. The buckle by itself is 3" tall x 2.375" wide. The fabric belt is made in what is probably silk cording (see photos) and is about-1.5 inches wide. It is lined in grosgrain ribbon. I am aware of the "provenance" of this belt and selling believe that it is from the late 1970s-early 1980s. Because the metal is not tarnished, it's possible that it is gold plated.
