Thank you for purchasing this COMMERCIAL LICENSE for the use of original digital illustrations
and backgrounds created by PRECIOUS DELIGHTS/PRECIOUS DELIGHTS CANADA.

This License grants you the permission to use our digital illustrations and backgrounds to make products
for resale without having to credit PRECIOUS DELIGHTS/PRECIOUS DELIGHTS CANADA.

This is a ONE TIME COMMERICAL LICENSE FOR SMALL BUSINESS USE.
As such, the quantity of merchandise you are permitted selling to create using digital illustrations and backgrounds
cannot exceed that of 1000 units. Anything over 1000 units is no longer considered SMALL BUSINESS and will require a WHOLESALE LICENSE. Therefore once again, this license is for small business only and not for Mass production, Wholesale or Large Retail.

By purchasing this License you fully understand and agree that you DO NOT have rights to RESELL any and all digital illustrations and backgrounds as a whole or in parts. You also understand and agree that you DO NOT have permission to alter any digital illustration or background in order to resell as a
new digital product. RESELLING or REBRANDING any digital artwork created by
PRECIOUS DELIGHTS/PRECIOUS DELIGHTS CANADA will result in legal actions.

This License is a document only for the use of our digital illustrations and backgrounds and does NOT give any access to other products in our shop.

Absolutely NOT. Sharing or reselling our digital products are not allowed. You can make products as outlined above and welcome to sell them under our small business license.

Designs are in PNG or JPEG
