Heels are ordered on order and will take two weeks to come in, I will need up to two more weeks for customization depending on your order status.

You know what they say about glitter... While I hand make, quality check and seal each pair, some glitter may shed on the first couple of wears. This will not affect the integrity of your boots.

As a one woman show, I have taken the utmost care in designing, creating and quality testing your new favourite heels. But please note that there may be slight differences as these babies are handcrafted!

I recommend you keep these blinged-out booties for shows, competitions, photoshoots and special occasions, or keep them out of the sunlight, but on display so your house guests can gawk and exclaim “My goodness, how do you walk in those?!”

Your new custom Pleasers are not made for everyday run-of-the-mill use. But, if you can't help yourself and you simply must wear them to practice, please expect wear and tear, as you would with any glitter or rhinestone heel. The harder you are on your custom creations, the quicker they will damage. Also limit clacking, hooking and grinding your heels, as this selling will likely result in damage. Haus of Heel cannot be responsible for damage incurred from clients being naughty and not following our recommendations for gentle use.

You may experience some light shedding on the first wear, don't be alarmed! This is just superficial glitter and will not affect the shoes aesthetic. (And between you and me being the glamorous top notch entertainer you are you know that glitter has a certain reputation on its' ability to end up everywhere!)
