Rare signed figural Art Deco Edwardian lady and birds 1910s/1920s vintage antique selling celluloid bangle bracelet

I've seen a lot of celluloid bangles over the years, usually with abstract patterns, animals or figures of warriors and geishas, but this is the most 'fashionable' I've ever seen, with the figure of a lady in a Paul Poiret style gown and turban hat. There are also crescent moon, flower and parrot symbols, and what looks like a "P.A" signature.
