This sweet clay painting shows a fluid, waterside landscape with a dramatic sunset sky.

Approximately 10.25 inches wide by 9”tall by .75” deep. It is made with colored porcelain slips on marbled stoneware clay. The clay bloated a little in the firing, adding to the wildness and irregularities of the piece. A tiny silhouette of a figure at the bottom kicks selling up into a dance with thre unpredictable world.

The back has a wheel thrown foot with a deep undercut for easy wall hanging on a nail or screw.
