Before we owned it someone had Sprint in it and when you start it up it would bring up a sprint page that you could back out of and go on with your business. Never had any problems with the phone. When we reset the phone, I did not see the Sprint page anymore. It may have just needed that the whole time. Either way it caused no issues with the programming of the phone. Worked excellent. Last used with Net10 Verizon. Knox security in the background. Sim card slot and SD card slot making it 64 GB. Only selling because we upgraded. Message with any questions.
