Arthur Pepper's neat looking "Cock 'o the Walk" crowing rooster from the early-mid 50's. He is prepared for dawn and wants everyone to selling know the day has started. Fancy looking rooster with pearls and rhinestones to bolster his image. Not certain of the brooch's age. ART is signed on the back of the brooch, and there is no copyright so indications are, it was made prior to 1955. Great coat pin. Excellent condition. Please look carefully.
