Product code: Vintage Cat Eye Eyeglasses Bausch & Lomb Mid Century Dark Blue w selling Case 1950s/60s
These are true vintage eyeglasses from the 50s to 60's. The frames are an amazing blue cat eye. I'm calling them plastic, because I didn't test them for bakelite. That is a possibility. They're in their original case, also vintage, of course. There are some signs of age as far as some tarnish on the metal near the nose pieces that need cleaning and some rubbing to the inside of the arms. I just wiped them down, but you'll want to give them a good wash. They are marked Bausch and Lomb. I believe the measurements inscribed are 4 1/2 - 5 1/2. I have several photos here so please inspect them for a better look at them. Pet free and smoke free. Thanks! These came out of an estate from Cambridge, Maryland. The gentleman had recently passes and the wife passed before him. He was a waterman by trade selling.
