Includes headset, 2 controllers, playstation camera and all the cords except 2 HDMI cords, one to go into the black box > TV and another one to go into selling the black box > console. There is a small rip on the silicone face guard (?) but it isn't noticeable when worn. NO PS5 adapter. I will consider offers and let me know any questions.
