The base of the tiara is reenforced with a thicker, but still flexible, wire; it supports the tiara while still enabling it to bend to fit your head for a comfortable fit, and the tiara can be easily secured using regular bobby pins.

The Princess tiara is available in three style variations: "Simple," without any additions or add-ons; "Zig-zag decoration," which has additional delicate decorations attached to the front of the tiara, and "Corsaire headpiece," which comes with a small coordinating headpiece in the style often worn for ballets such as "Le Corsaire" and "La Bayadere." Please note that the zig-zag decoration is attached to the tiara and cannot be taken off; the Corsaire-style headpiece is separate from the tiara so the tiara can be worn with or without it.
