This metal coin bank from the 1920's was distributed by the Middlesex Title Guarantee and Trust Company of New selling Brunswick. N. J. This company was founded in 1907 and became insolvent in 1933. This metal coin bank is in a dark bronze colour with S shaped coppery lines on the sides and parallel double lines on the top and base. The decorative handle bears the number 6036. One rounded side has a slot for coins while the other rounded side has an opening for notes. The bank is 3 3/4” long, 2” wide and 2 1/2” high. There is no key but the bank is in excellent condition and is an uncommon one to find.
