4 layers of tulle before you get to the skirt. I bought this 2nd selling hand but never got the chance to wear it due to the pandemic. I am 5'2 and when worn it was still very long, otherwise fit me like a glove. I've listed a screen shot of my measurements if it helps figure out if this will fit you! Garment bag is included to protect the dress. Sorry about the plastic hanger, that's all I have lol. The tag says it's a size 9 if that helps as well.
