Gently used, but in great condition! Absolutely no chips or cracks in the terracotta. The inside water reservoir is slightly stained from using essential oils (see images). I've only ever used Doterra and Young Living Essential Oil inside. It works selling perfectly, but I'm not using anymore. I still have the original box and electric USB cord, which I'm including. Coming from a clean, smoke free home.
