- after having agreed on the project to be carried out for your tattoo, I will confirm the cost estimate: approximately, the cost is the one shown in this listing, but the price could vary (increase or decrease) in relation to the type of design requested (size , style, details, colors, deadline rush). Don't worry, in this phase I will try to advise you in the most appropriate way, so that you will be sure of getting exactly what you are looking for.
- once the price has been agreed and the project defined, I will update this listing and you will be able to confirm the commission by purchasing this listing (check about deposit in "Terms and Conditions"). Starting from the receipt of the payment from Etsy, within 7 working days I will send you regular updates on the work and a semi-final draft (low resolution image): at this point, if you are still not satisfied with the design, you can request 1 change.
- Once the final draft has been accepted, within 3 working days, I will insert a new listing with your personalized tattoo attached. You can then complete the purchase and receive the high quality PNG, PDF or other format of your choice, which you can easily download.

*** TERMS AND CONDITIONS ***

1. Realization of the image
- Keriol Illustrations (hereinafter "the artist") reserves the right to refuse any commission request without explanation.
- The artist will not be responsible for any errors on the final product due to incorrect or missing information. It is the customer's responsibility to provide all relevant details.
- The times of realization will be agreed in phase of first contact. The delivery times of the work shown in this listing selling are to be considered indicative and not binding. No shipment of material products is included: if requests of this kind are received, the time needed for packaging and shipping the product will be added to the time of realization and delivery.

2. Rights to use the image
- The artist reserves the full right over the image, its use and its distribution, unless otherwise agreed.
- The artist reserves the right to use any image on his Etsy shop, on his Facebook and Instagram pages, on his website and in his artistic portfolio, unless specifically requested by the customer.
- The customer cannot distribute, reproduce, cede or otherwise profit from the artwork made by the artist, beyond the use of the commissioned project.
- The customer cannot modify, alter or trace the commission without the artist's consent.
- The customer can publicly share the commissioned product as long as the artist and / or the Etsy shop are credited by mention and / or tag.

3. Privacy
- As regards the personal information communicated for the purpose of carrying out the work (personal data, images of people), refer to the "Privacy Statement" of this store, which can be consulted on the store's Home Page.

4. Payments
- A deposit of 50% of the total cost is essential to confirm the commission (in the case of material products, the shipping cost will be included). This deposit will be granted by purchasing this listing, subject to acceptance of the quote. The balance will be paid upon receipt of the download, by means of a second advertisement which will be loaded on this store and of which the customer will have timely communication.
- The customer is free to cancel the commission at any time. However, the deposit (or 50% of the final cost, plus the entire shipping cost, if any) will not be refunded if the cancellation occurs after 48 hours from the payment confirmation.

5. Refunds
- As this is a personalized digital product, from the previous regulation, the customer is not entitled to a refund. The customer can cancel the purchase and have the deposit returned only if the cancellation occurs within 48 hours from the confirmation of the commission (point 4).

These Terms and Conditions are considered accepted when the artist's commission is confirmed. Any violations of the agreement are a reasonable reason for the cancellation of the commission, without the right to refund of the deposit paid.
