Peruvian Plantcutter (Phytotoma selling Raimondii). Original beautifully hand-painted stone lithograph by Dutch zoological illustrator, Joseph Smit. Hanhart transferred it to stone and then it was water colored by hand. It is rare and finely detailed lithograph that was originally produced for the 1883 Proceedings of the Zoological Society of London.

Condition:
Very good+. It is clean with lovely original hand color.
It will be packaged in a plastic sleeve on a backing and will ship within a rigid mailer for protection.
