Due to the handmade nature, no two cups are alike!

Our handmade tumblers are very durable as they are covered in several layers of food-grade epoxy. Due to their handmade nature epoxied tumblers should be treated with care. While properly cared for epoxy provides a smooth and durable sealant, please note they are not crackproof if dropped. They are not dishwasher safe and should be hand-washed only!

*Please remember - All items are completely handcrafted with REAL, premium quality loose glitter (I do not use spray glitter!), and as with all hand-crafted items, slight imperfections may exist (Glitter is messy).

Because this item is handmade upon order, NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS WILL BE ACCEPTED.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us IMMEDIATELY, within 24 hours of delivery so that we can assist you. If there was an error made on our behalf, the tumbler must be returned and inspected, this also must be done within 24 hours of delivery.
